1. Create a TencentAds account#

Register & Log in TencentAds#


2. Create TencentAds Apps and Ad Units#

1）In Traffic Cooperation - My Media, click New Media and fill in the corresponding information.

2）In Traffic Cooperation-My ad units, click New ad unit, select the corresponding media, and then select the corresponding ad format.

To create a Bidding ad unit, in the “Set pricing strategy” option, turn on “Pricing strategy” and select “S2S Bidding”. ”


Expected result

Successfully created ad units can be seen in Traffic Co-op - My Ad Units.


3. Configure ad units on TradPlus#

1）In the backend of TencentAds, Traffic Cooperation - My Media, get the Media ID underneath the media.

2）In Traffic Cooperation - My Ad Units, get the ad unit ID of the corresponding media.

3）In TradPlus Backend - Application Management, select the applications and ad units that need to use UVS, click Add Ad source, and fill in the relevant information.

If you configure Bidding Ad source, you need to enable S2S Bidding option when adding Ad source in TradPlus background.


4. Enable TencentAds’ Report API Reporting#

1）Get the account ID and key in the Backend of TencentAds, Access Center - Media API Access.


  • If you don't have a key, follow the instructions on the interface to apply for it
  • If you can't open TencentAds API reporting privilege, please refer to“TradPlus FAQs-Upload Networks Reports”


2）In TradPlus background - Networks - Authorized Networks, select Tencent Ads and fill in the relevant information.


5. Floor Price Setting#

You need to request the setup from Your TencentAds AM.


6. Test Ads#

Go to the corresponding app's ad unit, click Edit, and select “Test” for the code attribute.

  • Test mode needs to be turned off before the app is launched in order to realize the revenue.


7. TencentAds FAQs#

Q：How to apply for the pop-up permission for TencentAds secondary download confirmation?#

A：

  • Steps: Fill out the application form for MIIT's pop-up windows and send an email to TencentAds official email address: ADNET@tencent.com to apply. TencentAds will accept the application within one working day. After the permission is opened, all ad units under the media will have a prompt box when you click on the download ads.

  • MIIT Download Pop-up Permission (Android): Clicking on the advertisement will display the download secondary confirmation box and show the information on the four elements of the application required by MIIT.

Q：How to submit a work order to TencentAds?#

A：Login to TencentAds background, find the feedback center in the upper right corner, and submit a work order to TencentAds.


Q：What kind of problems can be submitted to Networks?#

A：Including but not limited to account, settlement and other Networks' advertising business issues, Networks' SDK issues and Networks' background issues.

Q：Is it possible to automatically create Ad sources for TencentAds in TradPlus background?#

A：Yes. At present, only the incentive video type supports automatic creation of Ad source.


Q：Do the domestic Networks support the use of personal bank account settlement?#

A：Networks require that the account must be a corporate account, and do not support cooperation with individual developers. The receiving bank must be the public account of the enterprise, not the personal account.

Q：Does Networks require that the company name of the registered account be the same as the name of the app developer?#

A：It is required that the name of the company registering the account and the name of the app developer must be the same.
