1. Create Chartboost account

1.1 Register Chartboost

1.2 Log in Chartboost


2. Create Chartboost Apps and Ad units

1)Click “Add your first app”,create the app.


2)Click "Create ad location" to create ad units.

3)Click on the corresponding app to see the unit


Expected results

The successfully created ad units are displayed in Apps.


3. Add Chartboost Ad units in the TradPlus backend

  1. In the Chartboost backend, click Apps management, then click the app you created to get the APP ID and APP signature


  1. Click to enter the app, click the corresponding ad unit, and get the location.


  1. In the TradPlus backend,click App Management, select the application and ad unit that needs to use Chartboost, and when you add an ad source, select "Chartboost" ,add App Signature, AppID, and Location.


4. Enable Chartboost's Report API

  1. Go to Chartboost backend, in the Chartboost backend, under Company info & settings, find Access Management and get Client ID and Client Secret.


  1. In the TradPlus backend,click Networks and Authorized Networks, select Chartboost and add User ID and User signature.


5. Floor Price Setting

  • You need to request the settings from your Chartboost counterpart.

6. Test Ads

  1. Enter the corresponding app, find the APP Settings - Basic Settings,select Enable for Test Mode, add in the test duration, and save.

Before the application goes online, you need to turn off the test mode in the above interface to realize the revenue. Turning off the test mode takes 30 minutes to take effect.

A:Go to the Help Center, find the location in the picture and submit a work order to Chartboost.


Q:What kind of questions can be submitted to Chartboost?

A:Including but not limited to account, settlement and other Networks' Ad business issues, Networks' SDK issues and Networks' background issues.


Q:How to use ChartBoost's Bidding?

A:TradPlus SDK supports ChartBoost Bidding via Helium.

Currently, Helium is only for developers who need to use ChartBoost Bidding, when you need to use ChartBoost Bidding, you need to access Helium, If you need to use it, please contact TradPlus operators to open permissions.


1. Create a Helium account

If you don't find the Helium portal, please contact your Chartboost Business Partner to open it.


2. Create Helium's Apps

  • In【Overview】page,click【Add Helium App】。
  • If you have already created an app in the Chartboost backend, Helium will automatically synchronize the created app on Charboost.
  • If you haven't created an app in the Chartboost backend yet, please create an app in the backend first Chartboost
  • Apps must be available in the AppStore or Google play to use Helium.


3. Create Helium's Ad Units

1)Within the [Placements] module, select the app that needs to create the Ad unit and click [New Placement].


2)Select the type of Ad unit to be created.


4. Configure Ad Networks

  • In [Networks], confirm that Chartboost Bidding is enabled.


5. Configure Helium Ad source in TradPlus.

1) Get “App ID”, “App Signature”, “Placement Name” in Helium backend: Get “App ID”, “App Signature” in [Overview], “Placement Name” in [Placement].


2)In the TradPlus backend [ App Management ], select the app, find the unit that needs to use Helium, and click [ Add Source ].


3)Select Helium Ad source, and fill in the “App ID”, “App Signature” and “Placement Name” obtained in step 1 into the corresponding items.


6. Enable Helium's API reports

1)Get User ID and User Signature in Helium background: click [API Explorer] to get them.


2)Fill in the User ID and User Signature into the corresponding position in TradPlus backend: Click [Networks] - [Authorized Networks] - [Select Helium].
