Upload Network Report

1. Functions

When you don't have the API reporting privileges of Networks, you can solve the data synchronization problem by uploading the Networks data in the backend of TradPlus, which already supports Tencent Ads, Pierce, Pangle, Kuaishou, and Baidu.

Upload up to 31 days of data at a time.


2. Usage scenes

For those who can't send back data via authorized API, such as Piercing Armor and UniVolume, you need to download the report in Networks backend and upload it to TradPlus backend manually.


3. Usage guides

3.1 Export Networks Reports

3.1.1 Youlianghui

Select as many products as necessary and click Query.


3.1.2 CSJ


3.1.3 Kuaishou Ads


3.1.4 Baidu Ads


3.1.5 Pangle

1)Select the product for which you need to export the report.


2)Scroll down the page, select “Date”, “Code Bit” and click “Export Report”.



3.2 Importing Networks into the TradPlus Backend

1)Click【Advanced settings】-【Upload Network Reports】


2)Click [Upload], select the Ad Networks to be uploaded, the currency of the report, and select the file.


The report template can be viewed at the following figure to avoid data formatting errors and upload failures.


4. FAQs

Q:What exchange rate is used to calculate the conversion of different currencies in the background of the manually uploaded Networks reports?

A: Calculated according to the real-time exchange rate, updated once a day at 15:00.


Q:There is an error when manually uploading a report according to the template in the backend, what do I need to troubleshoot?

A:Please follow the following ideas for troubleshooting:

  • Whether the report is uploaded according to the template of TP backend;

  • Whether the form is in csv format;

  • Whether the file encoding is changed when the form is saved, the normal file encoding is UTF-8, check the method:

    • Find the form file that needs to be uploaded;

    • Select “Notepad” to open the file;

    • Open “Save As” under “File”, check whether the encoding is UTF-8, if not, please select UTF-8 encoding, and then save.
